With a focus on caregiving and accommodation, we match candidates who have passed Japanese-language and skills examinations.
Learn moreWe group seven stages into three phases so companies can easily understand who checks what and when.

Rather than sending candidates immediately after recruitment, we first confirm job readiness, language ability, and cultural adaptation.
We review company and regulatory requirements together, then move on to contract and visa procedures.
We continue living support and administrative checks after placement to reduce settlement risk.
Rather than decorating the site with organizations whose logos are not ready, we first show the responsibilities each partner actually carries.

Joong Woo HRD is a global human-resources development company that develops Nepali talent through local vocational training and lawfully connects it with companies in Korea and Japan.
For Korea, we support E-9, E-7, D-2, and D-4. For Japan, we support Specified Skilled Worker No. 1. We review the system that fits the company’s requirements and the role. Visa Information provides each system’s requirements and procedures.
The process proceeds through selection, training, examination, matching, contract and visa, arrival, and settlement. Each stage is managed with clearly assigned roles alongside local partners.
We connect talent developed in Nepal with companies in Korea and Japan. Our current network focuses on five countries: Nepal, Vietnam, Laos, Republic of Korea, and Japan.
We disclose only verifiable facts rather than unconfirmed placement counts or rankings. Our work is based on a cooperative system that includes MOUs with six organizations in Nepal.

Tell us the role, headcount, preferred timeline, and visa direction, and we will outline the available process and preparation order.
